Nonviolent communication (NVC)

Our teachers, facilitators and other team members use a variety of communication skills. One example is Non Violent Communication, initially developed by Marshall Rosenberg, but in its essence it is a universal language of humanity. When we learn to speak differently without judgments and blame, but with reference to our and others’ feelings and needs, we are able to understand ourselves and people around us much better, build stronger relationships with our partners and children, enjoy being a part of a team in the workplace and much more. NVC changes lives thus especially in these hard days we’d like to help each other to learn the “language of the heart.”

Next is a comprehensive video from one of Marshall’s Rosenberg seminars, which teaches the basics of nonviolent communication.
